As professionals in our Industry, we have a responsibly to our Clients to offer a

unique product with exceptional quality and excellence and with customer

service being paramount. Onde Premium Oils & Fine Food will set the

benchmark within the industry with its’ innovative products to satisfy the most

discerning palate.

Onde was founded by Gerry Acquaro and Annette Went in 2002, when our first Extra Virgin Chilli

Olive Oil was produced and bottled in a  2 Lt wave bottle with functional gold tap which has become

the trade-mark of  “Onde”. The name was chosen one evening whilst enjoying a few glasses of wine

with friends, when Annette’sdaughter Bianca 10 years old at the time, suggested we use the Italian

word for wave (Onde) to reflect the unique shape of our bottle. Further family input was provided by

Nadelle Panozzo (Annette’s niece) who at the young age of 16 years designed our logo of which we are

very proud.

We saw a need for Traditional Home-made products in the market place. Therefore we utilised our

Italian experience of cooking and our background to market & develop our products with a

distinct Mediterranean flavour with flair and elegance.
